By creating a MindArc account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use MindArc.

2. Description of Service

MindArc is a self-improvement tool for adults who want to build a daily focus habit. It provides:

• 30-second "activation" micro-training exercises
• A "Transfer bridge" that helps you apply training to your real to-do list
• An "Activation count" that tracks total sessions completed (never resets)

3. Not a Medical Service

MindArc is not a medical device. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD, attention disorders, or any medical condition. MindArc is an educational / productivity tool only.

If you suspect you have ADHD or another condition, please consult a qualified clinician. The product is designed to help with general focus productivity, not to replace professional care.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MindArc. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscription terms:

• MindArc Premium is offered as a monthly ($6.99) or annual ($49.99) subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no need to contact support.

Refund policy:

• We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for first-time subscribers.
• To request a refund, email mindarc.dev@gmail.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MindArc for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Use the service to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute MindArc without permission

7. Intellectual Property

MindArc, including its name, logo, content, and code, is owned by the project creator. You may use the service for personal productivity but may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MindArc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, focus improvements, or any particular outcomes from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project creator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MindArc.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated, you lose access to all data and the subscription fee is non-refundable for the current billing period (except under our 7-day refund policy).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the project creator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
