What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run MindArc:

• Email address — for your account login and important product notifications (you can opt out of non-essential emails)
• Activation count — your total times activated (we use this to show your progress)
• Transfer minutes — minutes of real work you logged after each session
• Basic usage data — which features you use, when (we use this to improve the product)

What we DO NOT do

• We do not sell your data to third parties. Period.
• We do not show peer comparisons ("you're in the bottom 30% of users")
• We do not run personalized ad tracking
• We do not collect health or biometric data
• We do not make any medical claims about treating ADHD

How we store your data

Your data is stored on encrypted servers in the United States, hosted by our payment processor (Creem) and our application backend. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS) in transit.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your activation history and transfer minutes within 30 days, keeping only your email address for refund-related communications (max 7 years).

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Creem.io — payment processing (Merchant of Record). They handle your payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Email provider — to send you product notifications (we use a privacy-respecting provider).

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Request a full export of your data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential emails

Children's privacy

MindArc is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
